Our mission is to lead the industry toward a planet-friendly future through high-performance ingredients like our 100% plant-based squalane. We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. You’ll play a hands-on role in translating complex datasets into actionable insights, helping us grow our e-commerce and retail presence while staying true to our science-first roots. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $22 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

What You’ll Do

  • Dive into large datasets to identify trends in customer behavior, product performance, and e-commerce health.
  • Help build and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our marketing and operations teams.
  • Assist in analyzing inventory levels and supply chain data to ensure our sustainable products reach our community efficiently.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing website traffic and conversion data to enhance the Biossance digital experience.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly insight reports that provide clear, data-driven recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Assist in cleaning and validating data across various platforms
