DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, and patterns, to make the data scalable and configurable for multiple project initiatives and regulatory requirements. Design and implement data integration solutions to create common model, automating data collection, validation, and reporting processes. Implements advanced analytical and AI/ML tools to develop data metrics, predictive data model, facilitate data-driven insights ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors for data requirement gathering, strategizing, designing, and implementing data management solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Data Management, Transaction Banking Analyst, or related occupation. Experience in the occupation may be gained through professional work experience, graduate work experience, or internships. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Management, Transaction Banking Analyst, or related occupation. Experience in the occupation may be gained through professional work experience, graduate work experience, or internships.
Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: data management and reference data concepts including master data management to implement data domains including client management, instrument management, account management systems, financial instrument identifiers, industry classifications; using Excel for monitoring and analyzing large scale financial data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights; Agile methodologies including JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, and Confluence to manage projects and prioritize deliverables effectively; partnering with cross functional teams. Experience in the skills may be gained through professional work experience, graduate work experience, or internships. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: querying databases using SQL and data extraction; managing large datasets to support data-driven decision making; data transformation tools including either Alteryx or Informatica reporting tools; Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and Qlik Sense to optimize workflows and create interactive dashboards and reports; leveraging automation tools including UiPath and Pega for process automation and process management; participating in the full systems development lifecycle from project initiation, requirements definition, user acceptance testing through implementation. Experience in the skills may be gained through professional work experience, graduate work experience, or internships.
