Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries isseekinga highly motivated New College Graduate with a background in Electrical Engineering to join the Central Services Lab team. In this role, you will support silicon characterization, electrical measurement, and data analysis activities that enableaccuratedevice modeling and robust PDK delivery. You will collaborate with technology development and reference circuit teams to support silicon validation efforts.

Essential Responsibilities include:
Support device characterization and electrical testing across wafer-level and structure-level measurements
Assist with data analysis, validation, and reporting of characterization results
Collaborate with engineers on model development, test planning, and measurement correlation
Develop scripts or tools to improve data processing, analysis, and workflow efficiency

Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirementsand programs.

Required Qualifications:
Education - Graduating with aBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineeringor a closely related field from an accredited degree program
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated leadership experience through school, projects, or extracurricular activities
Project management skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience with electrical testing, lab measurements, or semiconductor device characterization
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C, or C++, and exposure to data analysis or automation workflows

$58,400.00 - $100,800.00
