- Support cross-functional initiatives in growth, marketing, and client engagement.
- Develop SOPs for process improvement and documentation consistency.
- Prepare and present performance reports, OKRs, and site performance dashboards.
- Guarantee fleet uptime above 95% through proactive maintenance and resource planning.
- Design and implement workflows for systematic visual inspections and deployments.
- Coordinate robot deployment, redeployment, and recovery as required.
- Provide on-site guidance and act as a technical consultant for operations and field teams.

- Maintain detailed logs of all interventions, updates, and replacements.
- Manage spare parts and tool inventory efficiently.
- Execute hardware and software updates and field testing.
- Monitor connectivity (SIM cards, data plans, network performance).
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve recurring issues.
- Drive initiatives to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime.
- Act as a technical consultant and mentor for on-site team members and interns.
- Conduct weekly operational reviews, share insights, and coordinate improvement actions.
- Support training programs for local coordinators and technical teams.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.
- Education: Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
- Experience: Prior experience in robotics, maintenance coordination, or fleet operations preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
