Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment and client service, ideally in a financial services or technology consulting institution.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate outreach techniques.
  • Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles and their application in technical recruitment.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidate skills and potential.
  • Experience in a data-quality-oriented environment (reporting, KPIs, dashboards).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform complex administrative tasks with precision and speed.
  • Initiative and ability to challenge the status quo to identify areas for improvement.
  • Influence and communication skills to advise managers and maintain relationships with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
  • Strong interest in delivering exceptional candidate/client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify staff vacancies and shortlist by quickly discerning quality candidates from a pool.
  • Recruit, interview, and select applicants.
  • Manage accounts on all recruiting platforms.
  • Build a candidate pipeline by establishing tracking and maintaining relationships with third party recruiting agencies and universities for anticipated staff openings and internships.
  • Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support their sourcing needs, including building a pool of qualified, diverse, and up-to-date talent to quickly respond to project requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment-related materials.
  • Coordinate interviews.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Execute full cycle recruitment process for an assigned portfolio and types of requisitions.
  • Apply best practices in interviewing and pre-selection (structured interviews, behavioral assessments, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience: a pleasant, inclusive, and transparent process.
  • Develop a trust-based relationship with Hiring Managers; advise, regularly follow up, and accompany them throughout the process.
  • Ensure optimal use of HR systems (ATS, databases) to ensure traceability and updating of information, and verification of data quality.
  • Contribute to or lead initiatives for continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Collaborate closely with HR partners and Hiring Managers to understand specific needs and develop tailored strategies.
  • Select and evaluate candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation criteria.

  • Licence en administration, ressources humaines ou dans une discipline quivalente.

  • Solides comptences en communication et en influence pour conseiller les gestionnaires et maintenir des relations de qualit avec les collgues, candidats et partenaires.

Responsabilits :
  • Identifier les postes vacants et prslectionner rapidement les meilleurs candidats partir d un bassin de talents.
  • Recruter, interviewer et slectionner les candidats.
  • Grer les comptes sur les diffrentes plateformes de recrutement.
  • Dvelopper un vivier de talents en mettant en place des mcanismes de suivi et en maintenant des relations avec les agences de recrutement externes et les universits pour les besoins futurs et les stages.
  • Mener des entrevues afin de recueillir et de vrifier les informations ncessaires l valuation des candidats.
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires en acquisition de talents pour soutenir leurs besoins de sourcing et constituer un bassin de talents qualifis, diversifis et jour.
  • Fournir des informations sur le march de l emploi et des analyses afin d orienter les stratgies de recrutement.
  • Participer la rdaction et la diffusion des offres d emploi, descriptions de poste et autres documents lis au recrutement.
  • Coordonner les entrevues entre les candidats et les gestionnaires.
  • Effectuer diverses tches administratives lies au recrutement.
  • Grer l ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour un portefeuille attribu de postes et de rquisitions.
  • Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de recrutement, notamment les entrevues structures et les valuations comportementales.
  • Offrir une exprience candidat exceptionnelle, inclusive, transparente et professionnelle.
  • Dvelopper une relation de confiance avec les gestionnaires recruteurs, les conseiller et les accompagner tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Assurer une utilisation optimale des systmes RH (ATS, bases de donnes) afin de garantir la traabilit, la mise jour des informations et la qualit des donnes.
  • Contribuer ou diriger des initiatives d amlioration continue de la fonction Acquisition de talents.
  • Collaborer troitement avec les partenaires RH et les gestionnaires afin de comprendre leurs besoins spcifiques et de dvelopper des stratgies adaptes.
  • Slectionner et valuer les candidats selon leurs comptences, leur adquation culturelle et leur motivation.
