Job description

Description

The Lead BI Analyst, Revenue Operations, is responsible for supporting analytical, business analysis, and design visualizations/reporting for business partners and stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance. Analytical support includes conducting and delivering analyses, development, and delivery of ad-hoc and regular reports, decision dashboards and developing processes to support business partners’ commercial strategies and objectives. Top objectives include the analysis of data, creation of robust dashboards, and administration of Tableau.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties (what you'll do):

Analytics and Solution Development:

  • Tableau development and administration.
  • Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Tableau.
  • Adept in maintenance, publishing, and scheduling Tableau reports as per the business requirements.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements for reports and dashboards, as well as data enrichment, cleansing, and transformation requirements, rules and processes; on how to problem solve for an approach on the data sets required; and on the methodology required.
  • Perform data discovery and analysis and develop clear and concise communications and presentations to business partners. 
  • Serve as Product Owner and thought leader of Tableau for commercial and revenue operations teams.
  • Partner closely with global sales leaders, marketing, and finance to identify trends, highlight risks in the pipeline, and provide data-backed recommendations to improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the steward for revenue data quality. Collaborate with data engineering and CRM administrators to ensure accurate data flow from our CRM and data warehouse into Tableau.
  • Drive the standardization of reporting definitions and KPIs across all global regions to ensure leadership is viewing consistent, “apples-to-apples” metrics.
  • Guide and elevate the analytical capabilities of junior analysts, interns, contractors, or operations specialists within the RevOps team.

Tools and Reports Development:

  • Support the development of reports and dashboards & support of commercial objectives and the priorities of the revenue operations team.
  • Support the development of tools and reports for end users, including developing requirements, reviewing user stories, participating in testing and prototyping activities.
  • Train teammates on a 1:1, via video or group basis on the use of key tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Serve as “super user” of custom and 3rd party applications, advanced querying and complex data aggregation and analysis not supported by a single application.
  • Engages with and contributes to Pregis Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence best practices and knowledge sharing on analytics and tools across the enterprise.

Strategy, Process and Tools:

  • Develop BI environment to support and measure strategies for business partners.
  • Own and develop Tableau for Revenue Operations.
  • Build Dashboards around CRM, sales, and financial data.
  • Support Revenue Operations in ad-hoc analytics and overall business strategy
  • Influence and evangelize analytical methodologies to support business partners’ needs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to standardize processes through analytics and tools.
  • Develop and refine best practices to enhance the influence of analytics and insights across commercial teams.

Experience/Qualifications (What you’ll bring):

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Marketing / Operations / Computer Science or related field required.

Related Experience:

  • 8-10+ years demonstrated successful experience in data analysis using Tableau.
  • Experience connecting to databases & writing basic SQL queries.
  • UX/UI design for executive audiences.
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop, Flows, Pulse, MCP Server, and Cloud Preferred.

    • Data querying methodologies and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Alteryx/Knime)
    • Cloud-based data warehouse environments
    • Data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau)
  • Location: Remote
  • Travel: 5-10%

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis’ total compensation package. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $95,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and skills.
