We are seeking a Tableau / Power BI Developer to join our growing analytics team. This role is open to s and candidates with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help business teams make data-driven decisions. You will work with large datasets, create interactive reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

This position is available across multiple locations in the USA, including New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; and remote opportunities. Candidates should have knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization concepts. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.

• Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and Excel files.

• Develop and optimize calculated fields, measures, KPIs, and data models.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
