We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to drive the development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of our Yield Management Advanced Analytics Foundational Capability products. In this role, you will own the lifecycle of sophisticated machine learning frameworks, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in data science and economics, alongside a proven track record of improving products through rigorous quantitative analysis. You will play a key role in optimizing our analytical tools, identifying strategic opportunities for innovation, and partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex data into clear business decisions.

You'll have... 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative and analytical field.
  • 3+ years of experience Proven track record in a data science role, with a strong focus on product development, optimization, or business analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience writing clean, modular, and scalable code.
  • Experience applying machine learning frameworks to solve economic or business problems (e.g., demand forecasting, pricing, or consumer behavior modeling).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex quantitative results into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500., This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.      
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

  • Lead the continuous improvement of complex predictive models, leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies to ensure state-of-the-art accuracy.
