Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In Clinic (No Weekends/Evenings)
Bonus based/Incentive based Billable structure

ABOUT THIS JOB:
We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA for our Trenton/Southgate location with one day as a hybrid day per week.

  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, in clinic.

You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin Work:
  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or handle insurance.
  • BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
  • Practicum students and interns assist with your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training.

Supported, Not Micromanaged:
  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions.
  • You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director.
  • SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training.
  • SOS has an LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40-hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
  • To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months, providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
