What You'll Do

Technology and security are inseparable from business success at Centric. As the executive responsible for both Information Systems and Cybersecurity, you will establish the strategic vision for how technology enables our employees while protecting our business, our products, and our customers.

You will lead globally distributed teams responsible for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, end-user computing, service delivery, networking, identity and access management, and security operations. Beyond keeping systems running, you'll challenge the organization to continuously improve, simplify processes, modernize legacy technologies, and deliver an exceptional employee technology experience.

Cybersecurity will remain a strategic business function under your leadership. You'll oversee enterprise security operations, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, application security, cloud security, and governance programs that reduce risk while supporting business agility. Your ability to communicate complex risks in business terms will help leaders make informed decisions and maintain the confidence of customers, partners, and stakeholders.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you'll represent Information Systems and Cybersecurity at the executive level, providing strategic guidance on technology investments, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning. You'll also serve as a trusted partner during customer security reviews, external audits, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives that require strong technology leadership.

You'll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation-creating an environment where talented professionals are empowered to solve complex challenges while supporting the company's ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the global Information Systems and Cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead global IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud Services, End User Computing, Service Desk, Networking, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Direct enterprise cybersecurity programs, including Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access Management, Application Security, and Cloud Security.
  • Establish and mature governance, risk management, compliance, and data privacy programs.
  • Lead enterprise AI governance and emerging technology risk management initiatives.
  • Drive technology modernization, operational excellence, and automation across the organization.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, customers, auditors, regulators, and strategic partners.
  • Lead technology due diligence and integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing global technology and security teams.
  • Manage departmental budgets, strategic vendor relationships, and technology investments.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
  • Experience leading global technology organizations within multinational companies.
  • Demonstrated success developing enterprise technology and cybersecurity strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, compliance, and data privacy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or similar.
  • Experience within a global SaaS or enterprise software organization.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, emerging technologies, and secure AI adoption.
