Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in an on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This internship role includes assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication, and helping prepare HR documents and reports. The intern will assist in onboarding activities, help with employee benefits documentation, and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities may include helping organize employee engagement initiatives, responding to basic HR inquiries, and collaborating with team members on special HR projects. This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.
