Internship Axiom Controller View Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Axiom Regulatory Reporting practice. In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with financial institutions to design, implement, and optimize regulatory reporting solutions on the Axiom platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex data and reporting requirements while ensuring alignment with U.S. regulatory expectations and industry best practices. • Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements for regulatory submissions.
• Translate complex regulatory rules into clear functional specifications and configuration approaches within the Axiom platform.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, implementation strategies, and process improvements across their regulatory reporting operations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. regulatory frameworks, interpreting rules and guidance from the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, SEC, and FINRA.
• Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and variance analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Support user acceptance testing, production parallel runs, and go-live activities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and teaming up with senior SMEs.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking, broker-dealer, or financial services — ideally in a business analyst, consulting, or reporting operations capacity. Strong business foundation with a solid understanding of financial products, balance sheet composition, and accounting concepts. Technology-literate: comfortable working with large datasets, reading SQL, understanding data models, and collaborating with technical teams (deep coding expertise not required). Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to interpret regulatory instructions and translate them into practical reporting solutions.

• Regulatory Capital (Basel III / Basel 3EG, RWA calculations, FFIEC 101)
• U.S. Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR, FR 2052a)
• Broker‑Dealer Reporting and Calculations (Net Capital / Rule 15c3‑1, Customer Reserve / Rule 15c3‑3, FOCUS reports)
• Bank Holding Company and Call Reports — FR Y‑9C, FFIEC 031/041, and related schedules
• CCAR / DFAST stress testing and related submissions (FR Y‑14A/Q/M)

Prior hands‑on experience with the Axiom (Adenza / Nasdaq) Controller View regulatory reporting platform. Experience at a top‑tier bank, broker‑dealer, consulting firm, or regulatory technology vendor. Familiarity with data governance, controls frameworks, and reporting automation initiatives. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, FRM) a plus.

The base pay range for this role is $101,000 - $177,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job‑related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
