Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a motivated and ambitious Staff Accountant to join our team. This opportunity is designed for recent accounting graduates and early-career professionals who aspire to become highly qualified Automotive Controllers.

Through a dedicated training schedule, you will rotate through multiple dealership accounting offices, gaining hands-on experience in dealership accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational analysis. Working alongside experienced Controllers and dealership management teams, you will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to lead a dealership accounting department.

  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Recent college graduate or have up to two years of accounting experience.
  • Public accounting experience or internship experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
