Join us at Heartland Automotive in Greencastle, Indiana, a growing manufacturer of automotive parts. The Manufacturing Associate supports production by assembling and inspecting automotive interior and exterior components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly work, monitoring product quality, and helping maintain the flow of materials through the production line.These are Temp-To-Hire positions with room for advancement. We offer: Around The Clock Onsite Service Team, Health Insurance Benefits, Weekly Paychecks, and Direct Deposit or Pay Card options. Must be able to read work instructions, safety materials, and labels written in English. A great opportunity!

  • Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
  • Move parts between workstations and support the overall flow of the production line

  • Support shipping, receiving, or forklift operations, depending on department needs
