Summary


The Full Stack Developer will be a key member of Leader Bank’s Technology Development Team, helping design, build, deploy, and support modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions that support the Bank’s continued digital transformation.


This role is ideal for a high-potential developer who combines strong technical fundamentals with curiosity, teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. The successful candidate will work with technologies such as Vue.js, JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, relational databases, and AWS cloud services, while also developing practical technical literacy in AI-enabled software development, workflow automation, and applied business solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, deploy, document, and support modern web applications, internal tools, integrations, and APIs.
  • Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
  • Design and develop backend services, business logic, and system integrations using Python.
  • Create, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external system integrations.
  • Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, secure, and maintain applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, infrastructure teams, security stakeholders, and other developers.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement discussions, demos, retrospectives, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments with ownership and urgency.
  • Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows development standards and source control best practices.
  • Help ensure applications meet expectations for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, workflow optimization, and modern application design.
  • Apply practical AI literacy to software development, including responsible use of AI-assisted development tools, LLM concepts, prompt-driven workflows, automation design, and evaluation of AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, dedication, accountability, and commitment to delivering technology solutions that support Leader Bank’s clients, team members, and business goals.
     

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of professional software application development experience, internship experience, or demonstrable hands-on project experience.
  • Experience developing applications using JavaScript, Vue.js, React, PHP, Python, or comparable modern technologies.
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB.
  • Good understanding of Git, source control best practices, pull request workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Basic understanding of cloud-native application development principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, RDS, Bedrock, CloudWatch, Lambda, or comparable cloud services.
  • Foundational understanding of AI and LLM technologies, especially their application in workflow automation, developer productivity, business process improvement, and applied software development.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, written communication skills, and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them thoughtfully in a regulated financial services environment.
  • A collaborative team-first mindset, with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across technical and business teams.

Salary Minimum: $65,854.26   - Salary Max: $82,317.57             

The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
