About SRS Real Estate Partners

SRS Real Estate Partners is a leading commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in retail, industrial, and capital markets. As SRS continues investing in operational innovation and scalable training resources, the Business Services team is expanding the use of AI-driven tools, knowledge bases, and workflow automation to support internal operations and employee development.

Position Summary

The Business Services Intern will support the development of AI-powered knowledge bases, workflow tools, training modules, and internal support resources for the Business Services and Operations teams. This role will assist with organizing operational content, improving onboarding and training materials, and helping streamline workflows using GPT platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related AI technologies.

Primary projects include building AI-powered resources for workflows, policies, procedures, and Apto CRM support, along with developing interactive training and onboarding tools.

What You'll Do

  • Help design and build AI-powered knowledge bases and internal support tools
  • Organize SOPs, workflows, policies, training materials, and Apto documentation for AI platforms
  • Support development of GPTs, prompts, conversational workflows, and AI assistants
  • Assist with creating onboarding and training modules
  • Research automation tools and workflow improvements
  • Test and refine AI-generated responses for accuracy and usability
  • Document standards, processes, and best practices
  • Support operational and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Operations, Communications, HR, or related field
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, workflow optimization, and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, GPT platforms, prompt engineering, or knowledge management systems preferred
  • Interest or experience in AI assistants, chatbots, workflow tools, or training resources preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, user-friendly guidance
  • Professional, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Requirements

Preferred Experience

  • Experience creating prompts, workflows, or conversational logic for AI tools
  • Exposure to SOP documentation, knowledge bases, training development, or process mapping
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Egnyte, Airtable, or project management tools helpful
