Anderson Ford of Grand Island is hiring for a Body Shop Office Assistant! We are looking for that driven individual who has a strong attention to detail. We’re a family-owned business that began in Nebraska over 40 years ago. Anderson Auto Group consists of nine retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF BODY SHOP ADMINISTRATOR/ESTIMATOR:

  • Assist with the parts process
  • Accounts receivable
  • Answering phones
  • Communicate with customers on the status of vehicle
  • Check customers in
  • Transport vehicles
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • This position could grow into learning the estimating process

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with automotive preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must be 21
  • Must have good driving record
  • People focused and providing great customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient with computer skills
