Job description

Levander's Body Shop is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Auto Body Shop Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our McCook Nebraska facility!


Levander's Body Shop is a well-established auto body repair facility known for delivering high-quality automotive repair services. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in managing a successful auto body shop, we want to hear from you. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Training for this position will begin promptly to learn the processes and procedures that Levander’s carries throughout its’ Multi Shop Organization (MSO). CCC Intelligent Solutions experience preferred but not required. 


Requirements:

  • Practical body shop experience with an understanding in estimation, repair, and refinish techniques
  • Leadership experience, preferably in the collision repair industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong written/oral communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor safety, training, and equipment obligations
  • Estimate and Blueprint Vehicle Damages
  • Effectively communicate goals and the steps to meet them
  • Maintain a swift and accurate production schedule
  • Guide teams through technical and personnel problems
  • Effectively manage multiple projects independently
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained and P&L margins are adequate
  • Foster company culture
