We are seeking a Product Development Manager for Enterprise AI Solutions with deep expertise in cloud and application development. This role is for someone who can bridge advanced clod deployment and development practices with the latest in AI agent technology, ensuring robust protection at both the network and device/application levels. You will work at the intersection of 3GPP network, cloud deployment, Software development and business strategy, translating complex business requirements into practical, deployable solutions for enterprise and consumer use cases. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with 3GPP network, developing applications, and deploying AI agents and models in cloud/private environments such as AWS, Azure, Network EDGE.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Apply expert knowledge of 3GPP network to ensure secure connectivity and data protection.

• Design cloud architecture and deployment models to ensure end-to-end protection for enterprise and consumer products.

• Create, deploy, and manage AI agents and models, with hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), utilizing latest frontier models.

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, including data flow diagrams, API contracts, and system integration patterns across cloud and on-prem/edge environments.

• Define and deploy cloud architecture, including compute/storage sizing, model serving infrastructure (batch vs. real-time), MLOps pipelines, and integration with existing enterprise systems (APIs, data warehouses, CRM/ERP, network/IoT platforms).

• Partner cross-functionallywith product managers, data engineers, platform/infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders to align technical design with business strategy and monetization goals.

• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including creating architecture diagrams, technical memos, and executive-level presentations.

• Prototype rapidlyto de-risk new AI product concepts.

• Stay currentwith the AI/ML landscape (foundation models, agentic frameworks, MCP/A2A protocols, vector databases, inference optimization) and recommend adoption where it creates business value.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business, product marketing, engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud design and architecture.

• 5+ yearsof experience in data science role.

• Strong experience with Python, Cloud platforms and their AI/ML services

• Demonstrated experience taking solutions from prototype to production.

• Solid understanding of system design principles: scalability, latency, fault tolerance, security, and cost optimization.

• Experience with at least one enterprise-scale deployment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with generative AI / LLM architectures, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks.

• Familiarity with telecom, IoT, or connectivity-adjacent data (network APIs, 5G/6G data models) a plus.

• Experience with real-time inferencing.

• Prior experience as a product lead.

• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP ML or Solutions Architect certifications).

Our Principal Product Management & Develop jobs earn between $158,200.00 - $237,400.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
