Overview
The IT Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology systems across Acrisure Arena. This position serves as the primary liaison between internal departments, vendors, and event partners to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services. The IT Coordinator provides technical support, assists with event technology, and supports technical oversight and engineering functions to ensure seamless operations during daily business activities and live events.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00 - $23.00

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for computers, networks, infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, printers, and standard business applications.
  • Coordinate system maintenance, software updates, cybersecurity best practices, and vendor support for technology-related services.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware, software, user accounts, and office technology.
  • Support event technology needs, including audiovisual systems, digital signage, connectivity, broadcast support, and communications systems before, during, and after events.
  • Assist with technical oversight and engineering by coordinating production technology, shared infrastructure, equipment readiness, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory, documentation, procedures, asset tracking, and technology procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, third-party vendors, and event partners to ensure technology solutions support operational and event needs.
  • Assist with developing and implementing technology policies and procedures for the facility.
  • Respond to routine, precautionary, and emergency technology-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of related IT experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, audiovisual systems, and live technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with operations and event staff.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays required by event schedules.
  • Fast-paced event facility environment with exposure to varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and heights during setup or maintenance.
