THE ROLE

 

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to support our Sales and Replenishment team within our B2B wholesale apparel division. This role is responsible for maintaining sales data and product information for our online sales. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and accuracy and can provide support to several members of our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain weekly online sales performance reports to support team decision making
  • Conduct online item reviews and maintain product information, pricing, and item accuracy
  • Review online inventory levels and identify opportunities or issues requiring attention
  • Execute Manual Orders (SSO)
  • Deliver product samples to customer teams and ensure samples are available as needed
  • Manage the sample room, including organization, inventory tracking, and product maintenance
  • Coordinate and maintain office supply inventory and ordering
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in process preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of
  • Wholesale, apparel, or retail experience a plus
  • Retail Link experience is considered a strength
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment
