Drafting Internship (Part Time) โ€“ Denham Springs, LA
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Residential Drafter with knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop to join our team. This role involves creating architectural drawings for residential projects, collaborating with other team members, producing marketing materials, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
JOB DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create detailed residential architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Modify drawings as per feedback while maintaining accuracy and design intent.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist in producing presentation materials and marketing collateral using Photoshop.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drafted designs.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
  • Create detailed site plans to support field staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS amp; SKILLS
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
