This internship will help you acquire finance, analytical, and execution skills by participating in key Capital Markets initiatives and live projects that impact SB Energy's financing activities. You will gain broad experience in infrastructure finance and should be prepared to enter a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support on active financing transactions
  • Help manage due diligence workstreams
  • Support the preparation of internal approval materials
  • Assist with financial modeling and analysis
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the company for data validation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • MBA candidates or recently graduated from a college or university with a degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in energy, digital infrastructure, and finance
  • Strong Excel skills required. Financial modeling experience preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under tight timelines
  • Ownership mentality, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to ask questions
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment 

Location: Headquarters in Redwood City, CA, or Denver, CO preferred. We have a hybrid office setup.

Hourly pay: $25-$30 per hour
