Job description

As a Principal/Sr. Principal Data Scientist, you will lead the development and implementation of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading junior data scientists and engineers to develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and lead junior data scientists and engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines and models to support business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in machine learning and predictive analytics.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
