An internship application is a formal process by which students or recent graduates apply for temporary work opportunities at companies or organizations to gain practical experience in their field of interest. The application typically involves submitting a resume, cover letter, and sometimes additional materials like transcripts or references. Internships can be paid or unpaid and often serve as a stepping stone to full-time employment. The process may also include interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.

What can I expect from the mentorship and feedback process during an internship?

Interns typically receive regular guidance and feedback from a dedicated supervisor or mentor. You can expect structured check-ins, performance reviews, and opportunities to ask questions as you learn new skills. Many organizations pair interns with experienced team members who provide support, help set goals, and offer constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
