  • Integrate performance learnings, test‑and‑learn feedback, and competitive benchmarks into execution
  • Continuously build digital craft, platform knowledge, and technical skills

What You Bring:

  • Comfort working closely with marketing partners, including a Brand Franchise Owner (BFO)
  • Ability to work fast, iterate, and respond constructively to feedback
  • High attention to detail and strong personal standards for craft
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset
  • Comfort operating as an individual contributor within a highly collaborative team

Why Join Oral‑B Digital Design:

  • Work on a globally recognized, innovation‑led brand at real scale
  • Partner closely with a Brand Franchise Owner, gaining strong exposure to marketing strategy and decision‑making
  • Be part of a growing in‑house digital design studio within Oral Care
