  • Executive & Narrative Support: Assist with motion and shortโ€‘form video assets, including portions of sizzle reels, to support executive storytelling and product vision communication.
  • AIโ€‘Enabled Creation: Learn and apply AIโ€‘assisted tools to support ideation, prototyping, and production of motion assets.
  • Crossโ€‘Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and storytellers to integrate motion into endโ€‘toโ€‘end experiences.

  • Foundational understanding of motion design and animation principles, with an interest in applying motion to UX and product experiences. Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with designers and partners. Comfort using industryโ€‘standard motion tools and openness to learning AIโ€‘assisted workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Academic or internship experience related to motion design, UX, animation, or visual design
  • Exposure to designing motion for digital products, prototypes, or presentations
  • Familiarity with UX concepts such as user flows, interaction design, and usability principles
  • Interest in AIโ€‘based design or motion tools

Additional Skills and Other Requirements

  • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn from peers and mentors
  • Curiosity about motion, UX, and emerging design tools

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s/4โ€‘year degree
  • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 0โ€“2 years
  • Certifications/Licenses: Degree preferably in Design, UX, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field. Internship, academic, or equivalent experience will be considered.
