Job description

Who We Are
As one of the fastest-growing on-the-go drinkware companies in America, we've got a reputation for doing great things. Our vision is simple - bring delight to eating and drinking.
Delight is different to everyone. Whether it's the perfect cup of coffee, or a water bottle that helps you crush your workout, our mission is to make it look great, function perfectly and cost less than you'd expect.
Delivering on this promise takes extraordinary efforts and exceptional people. Through our teams' ingenuity and grit, we've created a place where the best ideas win, and they can come from anyone. Our culture combines the scrappy spirit of a startup with the perks of a market leader.
We believe the right way to design products starts and ends with two key ingredients: process + people. Process is the path that takes us from ideas to products that are on brand, on time and on budget. People are the secret sauce that adds ingenuity every step of the way.
Together, we navigate each day with optimism, curiosity, a healthy sense of humor and a strong allergy to the word "no." This desire for better, coupled with a deep understanding of consumers' daily lives, gets us to meaningful delight.
About the Role
Leapfrog is excited to find a Social Media Intern that will help bring our brand to life across social media by engaging with our community, supporting influencer partnerships, and creating compelling content. From interacting with followers and identifying trends to assisting with influencer outreach and campaign execution, this role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and make a direct impact on how our brand shows up online!
What You'll Do

  • Research and identify paid/gifting influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, follow ups, and contract send outs.
  • Provide support in preparing influencer briefs that outline campaign objectives, content expectations, timelines, and brand messaging guidelines.
  • Support the coordination of influencer and press product shipments, including tracking deliveries and managing follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Support the content ideation and brainstorming process for monthly social media calendars, contributing ideas and assisting with planning.
  • Assist with social content scheduling and caption writing across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Support the planning and execution of user-generated content campaigns, including creator outreach and brief development.
  • Research and connect with complementary brands on social media to coordinate collaborative giveaway opportunities.
  • Assist in keeping the video asset library and tracker up to date.
  • Additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Class of 2025-2027)
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying on top of trends across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone and brand voice
  • Creative mindset with an interest in content ideation and short-form video creation
  • Basic experience with video editing tools preferred (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and details
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive and adaptable approach
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Please note - a portfolio is necessary for consideration. Any applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
