Job description

Come build the future with us! What unites all Amazonians (across teams and geographies) is that we are all striving to delight customers and make their lives easier-whoever that customer may be. In pursuit of delighting customers, Amazonians have developed many products and services that transformed the way our customers live their lives and run their businesses. Together, we are building the future, one innovative product, service, and idea at a time. Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, publishers, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions-including ad tech, retail media, display, video, and measurement solutions-leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys.
Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Analyst Relations (AR) manager to join the team. This person will own AR strategy for a key business within Amazon Ads - shaping the stories we tell, when and how we tell them, and to whom. This is a highly visible role and trusted partner to senior leaders across Ads, working with marketing, product, sales, and PR stakeholders to define key priorities and ensure successful execution.
The right candidate is experienced in analyst relations, marketing, or communications - ideally in advertising or ad tech. They can quickly understand technical topics and go-to-market strategies, manage day-to-day operations in a global organization, and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. They must be comfortable working independently, sorting through ambiguity, and identifying industry challenges and opportunities for advertisers and partners.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AR program strategy and execution for a key Ads business (e.g., Ad Tech, Retail Media and Commerce, Agentic AI, Omnichannel, etc.) from planning through measurement and reporting in collaboration with the Head of AR and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic analyst relationships to drive understanding and awareness of Amazon Ads
- Secure positive analyst coverage through proactive and reactive engagements, including major evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes)
- Partner with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align on messaging and strategic analyst engagement priorities
- Gather and disseminate critical insights back into the business to inform strategic direction including product roadmaps, messaging, and positioning.
- Establish and maintain measurement frameworks to track AR program impact and communicate results to leadership
- Coordinate and prioritize analyst requests for information, research reviews, briefings, events, and speaking engagements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working cross-functionally and driving decision making among stakeholders with competing goals
- 7+ years of analyst relations experience
- Prior experience in the advertising, adtech, retail, and/or measurement industries
