  • Identify client needs, uncover opportunities, and refer them to licensed agents
  • Learn how to turn everyday conversations into revenue opportunities

  • Account Manager (higher-level production + client management)
  • Sales Role (new business, uncapped earning potential)
What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and follow through
  • Comfortable identifying opportunities and contributing to sales
  • Positive, high-energy, team-first mindset

  • Activity-based bonuses tied to performance
  • Paid training
  • Clear path into higher earning roles within the agency
Benefits (Full-Time)

  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays + paid birthday off
  • Work-from-home flexibility once licensed and working independently
  • Office snacks + positive, high-energy environment
