Familiarity or experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft-based data environments is highly valued for this position.Responsibilities:Support development and maintenance of data pipelines, datasets, and curated data products within the Army Vantage analytics ecosystemAssist with preparing ingested data in Vantage for manipulation, including standardization, transformation, enrichment, validation, and basic quality checksHelp structure data so it can support visualization, analysis, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows within Army VantageApply foundational data modeling and data ontology concepts to help organize mission data in ways that improve discoverability, usability, and accessibilitySupport connections between disparate Army databases, FCC tools, A365-based data sources, and higher command data sourcesUse A365 and Microsoft tools such as Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to support data collection, workflow automation, reporting, and transition of data into Vantage-ready structuresDevelop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support dashboards, metrics, data validation, and ad hoc analysisDocument data flows, data definitions, transformation logic, and engineering processes to improve maintainability and reuseWork closely with senior engineers, government analysts, and data scientists to implement mission requirements while following security, governance, and access control policiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field1-3 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, or related technical rolesFoundational knowledge of SQL, data manipulation, data modeling, and data quality conceptsFamiliarity with Microsoft-based data environments, preferably Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, or related toolsPreferred experience with Palantir Foundry (Army Vantage); candidates without direct Vantage experience must be able to quickly learn Army Vantage tools, data workflows, and data product development practicesAbility to work in secure government environments and follow defined engineering, governance, and documentation processesAbility to obtain and maintain an Active Secret clearanceDesired Experience:Direct exposure to Army Vantage or other DoD enterprise analytics platformsHands-on experience with Army 365 (A365), Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and/or Power BIExperience supporting dashboards, reports, analytics solutions, data pipelines, or data quality activitiesFamiliarity with basic data governance, metadata, data cataloging, data ontology, or data quality practicesStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new Army data platforms and mission workflows IPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
