Marketing AI - Content Manager

Finout

New York, NY • On-site

$115K - $145K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 25 days ago

Job description

Cloud is now one of the biggest business expenses and one of the hardest to manage.
At Finout, we're not just shedding light on spend-we're giving companies the power to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions about the cloud.
We're trusted by brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft, and backed by top-tier investors with over $85M raised. In just 4 years, we've grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York-and we're just getting started.
If you're looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast -we'd love to meet you.
We're hiring a Content Manager to lead how Finout shows up in the places technical buyers are reading, searching, and comparing. This is a content marketing and automation role at its core, you'll be responsible for building a content function that produces both volume and quality by combining strong writing with AI-native workflows. You don't need to know FinOps on day one, you need to be the kind of person who will know it deeply by month three.
If you have a solid marketing foundation, real curiosity about a technical domain, and instincts for where automation pays off and where craft still wins, we want to hear from you.
We offer a competitive salary. The salary range will be around $115,000 - $145,000, annually.
About the Role
  • Own the content engine and pipeline: You'll be the primary writer and editor across product blogs, technical guides, comparison pages, launch content, and long-form pieces that earn attention with engineering and FinOps audiences, while using Claude, Cowork, and other AI tools to build research and production workflows that let you ship more without cutting corners on quality - turning insight into published content faster than any traditional content function could, including Finout's documentation and product newsletter.
  • Translate Product into Story: work closely with product and engineering to understand what we're building and why it matters, then turn that into content our buyers find genuinely worth reading.
  • Drive Discoverability: work with our team to apply SEO and AEO best practices with a product lens, targeting the moments where buyers are actively searching, comparing, and being answered by AI, and making sure Finout shows up with the right message.
  • Track the Market: monitor how competitors are positioning themselves and what they're publishing, then feed those insights back into our content roadmap.
  • Experiment and Iterate: test formats, channels, and angles, use data alongside your own editorial judgment to figure out what resonates, and move quickly on what works.

What We're Looking For
  • A marketing degree or equivalent experience, with 2 to 4 years in B2B SaaS or any role where you were close to a product and its buyers.
  • A genuine writer, someone who takes pride in a piece being good and knows the difference between writing that does its job and writing that just fills space.
  • Real fluency with AI tools. You should already be using Claude cowork or equivalent to research, draft, and build lightweight automations, and your instinct when you see the same task twice should be to build a workflow rather than do it again.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO, with enough curiosity to stay current as AI search keeps changing the rules.
  • A fast learner who is genuinely energized by getting into a technical domain and earning credibility there over time.
  • An experimental mindset and a bias toward shipping, you try things, learn, and don't need perfect conditions to get started.
Our Values
We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you're excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build-we'd love to meet you.
