The Early Career Talent Lead is responsible fordesigning, executing, and continuously improving Chatham's university recruiting,and early-careertalentprograms. This role serves as the strategic connector between Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, ensuring Chatham attracts, develops, and retains high-potential emerging talent aligned with the firm's long-term growth strategy. This individualwill oversee Chatham's employee value proposition (EVP)foruniversity and early-career audiences, manage relationships with target universities and student organizations, and create exceptional experiences that strengthen Chatham's talent brand and conversion of interns and graduates into future leaders.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive university and early-career talent strategy aligned to Chatham's workforce planning and growth objectives.

  • Create and execute campus branding strategies, digital campaigns, ambassador programs, and recruiting events.

  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement ofthe internship andanalyst development programs.

  • Partner with leaders to create structured onboarding, learning pathways, mentorshipandother developmentalexperiences.

  • Develop and managestrategic partnerships(Scholars of Finance)through,sponsorships, target universities, facultyrelationships, career centers, and diversity-focused initiatives that strengthen Chatham's visibility and access to world-class talent communities.

  • Establishtalent acquisition goals, conversion metrics, and program success measures.

  • Manage program budgets, vendor relationships,universityandearly careerinvestments.

  • Evaluate market trends and competitive talent practices to continuously evolve Chatham's approach to early-career talent

Your impact:

  • Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, business leaders, Marketing, andexternal partners.

  • Establish governance, processes, and standards that ensure consistent program executionand capability-building experiences aligned with future workforce needs.

Contributors to your success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Education, Communications, or related field.

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, University Recruiting, Leadership Development, or related talent functions.

  • Experience designing and managing internship, analyst, rotational, or early-career programs.

  • Experience developing university partnerships and campus recruiting strategies.

  • Demonstrated success building employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives.

  • Strong project and program management skills.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

  • Experience with Workday (preferred)
