Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc., is hiring Business Systems Analyst to Develop and implement techniques or analytics applications to transform data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Extract, clean, and process large datasets using SQL, SSAS, SAP ERP, Excel macros, VBA, MDX query language, DAX, and other data tools to ensure data quality and integrity for analysis. Perform detailed data analysis to support various business decisions, identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. Design and maintain data models that ensure accurate tracking of accounting metrics, focusing on improving data flow and structure. Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, providing key business stakeholders with real-time insights. Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions to improve overall operations. Visualize data in an understandable and actionable format, ensuring business teams can make informed decisions. Create models that tie together various metrics into a single cohesive data model that lends itself to further operational analytics. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the data being collected and analyzed aligns with business needs.
