About This Job

The Accounting Systems & Data Integration Analyst supports Accounting & Finance initiatives involving Jack Henry SilverLake, Enterprise Workflow (EWF), supplemental project support for Loan IQ, and related banking applications.
This role serves as both a technical and functional resource responsible for JHA EWF workflow automation, integration development, transaction-to-GL mapping, reconciliations, data validation, testing, reporting, and production support across lending, deposit, treasury, and accounting operations.
The position partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Enterprise Data, Technology, Audit, Jack Henry, and third-party vendors to support Finance modernization efforts and ensure the integrity of financial data and accounting processes.
The role also leverages AI-enabled tools to accelerate requirements analysis, testing, documentation, reconciliation reviews, workflow development, issue resolution, and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Banking Core & Systems Support

  • Support Jack Henry SilverLake, EWF, Synergy and Loan IQ project support, and related banking platforms.
  • Design, develop, test, and support workflow and integration solutions.
  • Support banking core enhancements and Finance modernization initiatives.

Integration & Data Management

  • Develop and maintain integrations between banking platforms and Finance systems.
  • Support transaction-to-GL mapping and accounting data flows.
  • Analyze accounting impacts of operational transactions.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation reviews.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

  • Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Support interface development, workflow enhancements, system upgrades, and deployments.
  • Coordinate testing, implementation, and production readiness activities.

Governance, Controls & Compliance

  • Support SOX, audit, regulatory, and operational control requirements.
  • Assist with control validation, issue remediation, and documentation.
  • Ensure solutions align with governance and risk management standards.

Operational Support

  • Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain operational runbooks and support procedures.

AI-Enabled Productivity & Automation

  • Utilize AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Identify automation opportunities that improve scalability, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Support modernization of reporting, reconciliations, workflows, and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience supporting system integrations, data interfaces, and enterprise application implementations within banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
  • Strong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms, including integrations supporting General Ledger, Deposits, Loans, Customer Information Files (CIF), reporting, and downstream financial systems.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting interfaces between JHA and enterprise applications, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and third-party solutions.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SQL, file-based integrations, APIs, data mapping, and production support processes.
  • Working knowledge of Accounting & Finance operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, loan and deposit processing, data controls, and transaction lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, conversions, upgrades, and integration testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation activities.
