Experienced Security, Access Control & IP Camera Technician
BrightWatch Technicians encompass a wide range of skills with the ability to install security cabling, intrusion detection systems, IP Camera systems and Access Control systems in all types of commercial environments.
You'll be:
  • Installing, terminating, and/or programming end devices for access control, video security, and security infrastructure in a commercial environment
  • Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components.
  • Install electronic security equipment at customer sites per blueprints, scope of work and/or oral instruction.
  • Program & Test Electronic Security Systems to the highest level of specification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This work requires excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively manage time and think outside the box.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with access control systems
  • Working knowledge of test equipment such as multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meter, decibel meters, and communicating devices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive to remote job site locations

Required education:
  • High school or equivalent
