Job description

E-logic is seeking a Lead Senior Systems Engineer (Network) who will provide expertise in the design, engineering, and sustainment of classified and unclassified networks for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable network operations across mission environments. The candidate will be willing to travel in different states like District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, California, Florida, and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement modern network architectures and security stacks.
  • Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and encryption devices.
  • Provide full lifecycle support for LAN, WAN, wireless, and 5G networks.
  • Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs, DoD security frameworks, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Support troubleshooting, optimization, and network performance monitoring.
Qualifications
  • 6 years of professional leadership experience in LAN/WAN design and implementation using Cisco, Juniper, TCP/IP, VoIP, routers, switches, fiber optics, and firewalls.
  • Required IAT III certification with T5 clearance.
