Job description

Purpose:  The Operations Internship will provide an opportunity for KanEquip’s future leaders to learn and grow as they gain exposure to the agriculture equipment industry during the Fall 2026,Spring 2027 semesters or Summer 2027. Interns will gain skills and experiences in the day-to-day operations of a KanEquip location. Interns will also receive training from our Field Support Team.

Learning Objectives/Responsibilities/Duties/Projects:

This internship will provide the opportunity to learn about parts sales, customer equipment service and equipment sales.  Interns will complete impactful projects to gain an understanding of KanEquip’s mission. 

Education/Experiences: The qualified candidate will have completed at least 2 years of college course work and has significant exposure to the Midwest agriculture industry.

 Required Skills/Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels of the organization. Desire to professionally lead, develop and motivate others.  Solid problem-solving skills.
