About Us

We are seeking a motivated and organized Automotive Internet / BDC Manager to oversee our lead management process, drive appointment generation, and support our sales team in converting online and phone inquiries into showroom traffic.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to inbound internet and phone leads in a timely manner.
  • Utilize dealership CRM tools to track customer interactions, appointments, and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor lead activity and generate reports on response times, appointment rates, and sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain consistent follow-up processes through phone calls, text messages, and email communication.
  • Create and send personalized video messages to prospective customers when appropriate.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
  • Work closely with sales consultants and management to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through vehicle purchase.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes within the CRM.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and appointment show rates.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, customer service, call center, or sales-related role.
  • Prior automotive dealership experience preferred.
  • Management or team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable using technology, video communication tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve performance metrics.
