Job description

Our Fox Powersports - Grand Rapids location is looking for a Part-Time / Seasonal Internet Order Processor to support our busy Parts Department during peak season. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure customers receive the right parts quickly and accurately.

No prior industry experience is required - we are happy to train the right candidate!

Position Overview

The Internet Order Processor plays an important role in our parts department by managing online orders from start to finish. This position involves processing internet orders, responding to customer inquiries, and pulling and packing parts for shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review incoming online orders for accuracy
  • Pull parts and accessories from inventory to fulfill orders
  • Carefully pack and prepare orders for shipment
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries regarding parts orders
  • Verify product availability and order details
  • Maintain organized packing and shipping work areas
  • Assist the parts team with general department tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Entry-level – no prior experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
