Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Primary Responsibilities

Multi-task on phone while accessing computers and multiple computer systems (including hardware/software) to retrieve information, and access/enter data into database or client management system

*Process Information: Obtain and verify information or data from selected client's knowledge database

*First-Call Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issue(s) on initial call

*Document Information: Enter, record and maintain customer information

*Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Requirements: Exercise tact and good judgment when resolving customer issues

*Understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions

*Retain information quickly and adapt to changing environment

Starting hourly rate of $9.00-$16.00 per hour
