This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Boca Raton, FL.


Position Summary


The SEM Manager will own Paid Search performance and growth by developing and executing scalable acquisition strategies across search platforms. This role is responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition through campaign optimization, keyword expansion, testing initiatives, and performance analysis while balancing growth and CAC targets. 

The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and translate data into actionable recommendations. 


This role will partner closely with agency resources to ensure high-quality campaign execution while maintaining accountability for performance outcomes. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to scale paid search efficiently, improve campaign performance through testing and optimization, and deliver actionable insights that support broader business growth objectives. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Search (+Pmax) testing, performance, and optimization across ad platforms. 
  • Execute growth opportunities across keywords, audiences, geographies, campaign types, bidding strategies, and platform features. 
  • Develop and manage testing roadmaps, including A/B testing for audiences, creative, landing pages, bidding approaches, and campaign structures. 
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, and CAC while balancing efficiency and scale goals. 
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Partner with agency resources to support campaign execution, trafficking, QA, creative refreshes, and operational workflows. 
  • Ensure campaign best practices are followed across account structure, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Analytics, and Local Marketing teams to support campaign launches, reporting, and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SEM / Paid Search with direct budget ownership and accountability for performance outcomes. 
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword management, match types, audience targeting, and scaling tactics. 
  • Proven experience designing and executing structured A/B testing programs with measurable business impact. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting tools. 
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, campaign QA, and performance measurement best practices, 
  • Ability to independently analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations. 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM and attribution platforms. 
  • Experience working with agency partners to support campaign execution and operations. 
  • Experience supporting localized or multi-market paid search campaigns.  
  • Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives  
  • Familiarity with automation tools, scripts, or advanced reporting/dashboarding platforms such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
