Eric von Schledorn Ford, Sheboygan County’s largest Ford dealership, is seeking a motivated BDC Internet Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

The BDC Internet Sales Manager is responsible for promptly following up on all internet sales leads and converting those inquiries into scheduled appointments for our sales department. Success in this role depends on strong, friendly phone skills and a customer-focused approach that builds rapport and drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet sales leads via phone, email, and text
  • Engage potential customers with friendly, helpful conversation
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Work closely with the sales department to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities
