Internet Sales/BDC Associate

Internet Sales/BDC Associates play a critical role in monitoring internet leads and ensuring client follow-up. We are seeking customer-service oriented individuals with strong organizational skills to effectively manage incoming customer leads. Applicants should be proficient in making phone calls, texting, video emails, and emails to engage with prospective clients consistently.

Responsibilities (include yet are not limited to):

  • Connect with and follow up with potential customers
  • Initiate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and managing lead activities to assess and promote to potential customers
  • Master call and email scripts to effectively communicate with customers
  • Obtain customer information promptly and ensure timely delivery of that information
  • Recognize the importance of customer satisfaction in building a successful business and strive to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Actively expand prospecting network and maintain detailed activity records in a CRM system
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with Headquarter Toyota’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer, colleague, and supplier interactions
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of prior dealership Business Development Center (BDC) experience preferred
  • Having a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and a keenness to learn
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interaction with customers and colleagues
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
