Automotive Internet Sales Manager

So, you want to sell automobiles that are known for their quality, reliability and beauty? You've come to the right place!

We're looking for amazing Internet sales professionals to sell the best cars on the planet, in our dealership. If you believe being an Internet Sales Manager is a true craft -- one built on charisma, communication and thorough product knowledge, we want to talk to you!

As an Internet Sales Manager at our dealership, youโ€™ll be responsible for managing Internet sales activities. From generating and managing Internet sales leads, youโ€™ll be instrumental in helping our team continue our success.

Responsibilities
  • Contact customers and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
  • Work with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
  • Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory.
  • Complete all paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Deliver and familiarize the customer with vehicle.
  • Attend and complete required training and department meetings.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications
  • One year of related Internet sales management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years automotive Internet sales experience.
  • Strong sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
  • Current valid driverโ€™s license is required for all employees.
  • Mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
