Requirements:

Job Summary: The Researcher is responsible for gathering, verifying, and accurately documenting construction project information to support operational and compliance processes. This role contacts parties within the contractual chain by phone and email, conducts county- and state-level research using internet-based tools, and reviews escalated projects to confirm parcel ownership. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and accuracy.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Contact the contractual chain by phone and email to verify and/or confirm project information.
  • Conduct project research using internet-based tools to verify and/or obtain information at the county and state level.
  • Research escalated projects to confirm parcel ownership.
  • Accurately enter verified information into the operation management system.
  • Prepare mechanicโ€™s lien releases for recording.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
