Sales BDC Specialist
Our Business Development Centers are the first point of contact for thousands of customers - and a strong BDC means a strong dealership.
We're looking for a driven, people-oriented BDC Specialist to manage incoming sales calls and internet leads. Your goal is simple: connect with customers, understand their needs, and set quality appointments that give our product specialists the best shot at closing. If you're a strong communicator who loves hitting goals and building relationships, you'll thrive here.
Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming sales phone calls and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.
  • Set and log customer appointments in the CRM for product specialists, following dealership guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects through calls, texts, and emails to drive show and close rates.
  • Build and manage a prospect development system to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, new products, features, and promotions to speak confidently with customers.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly activity in the CRM; analyze results and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Attend product and sales training sessions as directed by the BDC Team Leader.

Schedule and Compensation
  • Monday - Friday position
  • Paid Weekly

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; prior BDC, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable on the phone, via text, and over email.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools; experience with dealership CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to maintain enthusiasm through high call volumes.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
