Sales Representative

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting new people, and turning conversations into opportunities?

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our presence across assigned communities. This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll build relationships with residents, homebuilders, real estate professionals, and community partners while introducing customers to high-speed fiber internet and natural gas services.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll own sales activity within your assigned communities and serve as a key point of contact for prospective customers and local partners.

You will:

  • Generate new sales through prospecting, networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuilders, real estate professionals, residents, and community partners.
  • Educate prospective customers on available fiber internet and natural gas services, including features, benefits, pricing, and service options.
  • Conduct community events, presentations, meetings, and other outreach activities designed to increase awareness and generate new customers.
  • Maintain consistent sales and call activity while working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Gather sales projections and anticipated closing timelines from builders to help forecast future customer demand.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and increase customer capture rates within assigned communities.
  • Manage leads, sales activity, follow-ups, and customer interactions through CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Maintain timely communication with prospective customers throughout the sales process and through service activation.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and dispatch teams to create a smooth experience for new customers.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and local market trends to effectively position services.
