Description
We are currently looking for Secret Shoppers who will visit the 16 membership branches within our Dallas YMCA association. Current YMCA members or employees are not eligible to apply. Must have reliable transportation, a valid ID, and basic computer/internet skills.
By visiting our branches, you will meet our Member Service Representatives to take tours and learn about what each location has to offer. You would be visiting each location as a person seeking to join that location as a member. Be prepared to provide your ID and be taken on a tour of the facility. Our branches cover several counties (Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, and Ellis).
The days and times to visit are up to you and you can visit several in a day if you like as we have several close together. Once you have visited a branch, you will report feedback using Microsoft forms and through follow up conversations with the Association Membership/Wellness team.
Payment is made once all 16 branches have been visited. Visits must be entered into the online form within 48 hours of your visit. All visits must be completed within the month assigned. Total compensation is $35 per visit. This includes mileage and any tolls. Parking at the TBoone Pickens YMCA may be reimbursed IF you use the QR code for the discounted rate.
Requirements
Must be at 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license as well as reliable transportation. Must have basic computer skills and internet access.
This is a contract position. No W2 will be provided at the end of the year.
Total compensation is $35 per visit. This includes mileage and any tolls. Parking at the TBoone Pickens YMCA may be reimbursed IF you use the QR code for the discounted rate.
