NJ Auto Haus is a fast-growing, high-volume dealership with a strong digital presence and a consistent flow of inbound leads. We are not a typical BDC we are a revenue-driving sales engine. If you know how to control conversations, build urgency, and get customers to show and buy, you’ll thrive here.

Position Overview

We are looking for a true closer to join our BDC team. This is not a passive role—you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, aggressively following up, setting high-quality appointments, and driving those appointments to show and sell.

You will be measured on activity, show rate, and units sold—not just how many texts you send.

  • Handle high volumes of inbound internet leads, calls, and inquiries
  • Make consistent outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage prospects
  • Set, confirm, and reschedule appointments with urgency and precision
  • Build value, overcome objections, and create commitment to visit
  • Work closely with the sales floor to ensure smooth handoff and high close rates
  • Track all activity in CRM (calls, texts, appointments, outcomes)
  • Maintain relentless follow-up on unsold and missed opportunities
  • Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Compensation Structure

  • Monthly Volume Bonuses (tiered based on total units sold)
  • Uncapped Earnings Potential

Top performers can significantly increase income through high show rates and strong deal contribution

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or high-volume call environments
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to control and guide conversations
  • Closer mentality — not afraid to ask for the appointment and push for commitment
  • High energy, competitive, and goal-driven
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM usage
  • Available to work weekends
KPIs for Success
  • Daily outbound call volume
  • Appointment set rate
  • Show rate (%)
  • Units sold from appointments
  • Follow-up consistency
What Makes This Role Different
  • You’re not just setting appointments—you’re driving deals
  • You get paid on real performance (shows + sold units)
  • High lead volume = real opportunity to earn
  • Fast-paced environment built for producers, not placeholders
Why NJ Auto Haus?

We reward effort, consistency, and results. If you’re someone who wants to maximize your income, sharpen your skills, and be part of a team that actually closes, this is where you do it.
